What is the cancellation policy?

You may cancel your booking up to 24hrs before your appointment. 

Please note that 50% will be retained as an administration fee, if you cancel any less than 24hrs ahead of your booking. 

How do I reschedule or cancel?

You are able to reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your booking.

Can I bring a friend along for treatment?


But please note we get very busy, so to secure a treatment for them on the day – we advise you to make a separate advance booking for your friend.

How long for online deliveries?

Please allow 3-4 working days for delivery of your online orders.

Covid-19 Policy

Here at Lossymas we take careful consideration to ensure both you and we are safe. We ask you to wear a mask whilst visiting dependent upon your treatment. We regularly sanitise all surfaces. We also ask you to self assess and if you have any of the symptoms stated on the NHS website, please reschedule your appointment. 

Do we need to book treatments and use of the spa in advance?

We strongly recommend booking all treatments and use of the spa facilities in advance.

What is the minimum age to use the spa facilities and treatments?

The minimum age for access to the spa is 16. Beauty treatments are available from 14, but must be accompanied by the adult.

Do you offer bespoke Spa packages?

Yes we are happy to accommodate you with a bespoke package – please contact us by phone or email to discuss your requirements.

Which brands do you use at Lossyma's?

We are specialists with Essie, OPI, CND & Dermalogica.

What time should I arrive at the Spa?

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your spa day or treatment so you can familiarise yourself and get comfortable.
